All you need is a tape measure, a pen and a scrap of paper, or just your phone to jot numbers down. Measure in centimetres if you can. Take each measurement at the widest, deepest or tallest point, because a cover that fits the biggest part will fit the rest.
Measure the full width across the front at the widest point, including any arms. For a sofa, go arm to arm. Note it down as W.
Measure from the very front edge to the back at the deepest point. If there are cushions that stick out, measure to those. Note it as D.
Measure from the floor, or from the seat if it is a seat cushion, up to the tallest point of the back. Note it as H.
A quick photo helps hugely. Snap the piece from the front and the side, and tell me about anything unusual: a curved arm, a built-in table, feet you want left showing.
Measure twice. It takes seconds and catches the one number that was off. Keep the tape level and pulled snug, not tight. And if a piece comes apart, like a modular sofa, measure the sections separately and tell me how they sit together.
If you are in the Marina Alta and would rather not measure at all, I am happy to come and do it myself. For anything fitted I usually prefer to, because measuring in person catches the details a form never will. Either way, send me your numbers or a photo and we will take it from there.
Whatever you're imagining for your space, a vague idea is plenty. Message me and I'll come back with honest advice and a fair quote.
I'll tell you what the job needs, and what it doesn't.
